Nxtgn Smart Solution is a West Bengal-based digital support agency focused on helping educational institutions streamline their operations and communication. We provide a range of services including content formatting, social media and YouTube management, graphic design, admission campaign support, study material preparation, and web/tech assistance.
The following terms govern how our services are offered and used by clients. By working with us, you agree to these conditions.
- All content, designs, tools, templates, and strategies provided by Nxtgn Smart Solution remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our materials or strategies is strictly prohibited.
- Once you engage our services, you agree to the project terms, scope, and payment structure discussed prior to initiation.
- We make every effort to meet timelines. However, depending on scope, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen challenges, minor delays may occur. Clients are expected to allow reasonable flexibility for quality assurance.
- Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM (except on major Indian national holidays). Support is available via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Disclaimer Policy
We strive to ensure all information shared through our website, brochures, and communications is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee 100% completeness at all times. Clients are encouraged to consult with us directly to clarify service details or updates before making decisions based on published content.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Project-based services (e.g., brochure design, campaign setup, formatting tasks) can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, unless work has already begun.
- Retainer or monthly packages (e.g., social media management, formatting support, recurring DTP work) require a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle to pause or terminate.
- In case of cancellation:
a. Work completed up to that point will be billed.
b. Any refundable balance (from prepaid packages) will be processed within 7–15 business days. - Refunds are not applicable once deliverables have been submitted or when the delay is caused due to incomplete inputs or approvals from the client side.
- Delays in refunds, if any, may occur due to banking or technical reasons beyond our control.
